Rare, but we plan for it. Send the pre-written reply we provide: it explains that your connection runs a managed, encrypted workspace node under a strict acceptable use policy, and points the ISP to our designated contact for subscriber identification and logs. Then pause the node from your dashboard. You never have to investigate or explain the technology yourself.
No. Session logs stay encrypted on the devices and can only be opened for a dispute or abuse investigation, through a mutually signed request via the platform.
Almost always, but not guaranteed. Connections run directly between routers, and some restrictive networks block that. Switching networks, or using a phone hotspot, usually solves it.
No. You exit through a real residential address in a city you pick, with a verified person on the other end, instead of a shared data-center server.
